Marina Challeen

Marina Gayle DeSteno Challeen, 24, of Stillwater, Minnesota, died in the line-of-duty on October 9, 2017. After the ambulance crashed while it was returning to the primary service area after transporting a patient out of town.

Marina aspired to be a doctor, and she enjoyed helping and enriching the lives of others through her work in the emergency medical services field.

Marina also volunteered through multiple hospitals and Habitat for Humanity projects.

Marina was well-liked by many. She had many friends and was cherished by her family.
